Some countries of the world,
such as France and Italy have long been producing fine wines. Other
countries, like the United States have in more recent years become known
for their wines. Still others are well on their way to becoming producers
of world class wines.
Many other countries are
also producing wines with their own characteristics and identies. Australia,
Canada,
Germany,
Israel,
New
Zealand, Portugal,
South
Africa and Spain
all have their own unique wines, some of them well known, and some not
yet known, but all worth checking out.
