Winery - Talomas
Talomas is one of the two labels produced by the partnership in winemaking between California's Robert Mondavi and Australia's Rosemount Estate, the other one being Kirralaa. With a rule that neither company was allowed to work in its own backyard, Talomas was made in California by the Rosemount team lead by winemaker Philip Shaw.
Talomas (wines) are made from multi-regional and multi-varietal blends,
creating more depth, texture and flavor complexity.
